Shipping & Returns
All shipping is done through Canada Post. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. When your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing purchase tracking details. If you would like to pick up your order in Kitsilano, please enter the code "FREESHIP" during checkout. If you have any questions regarding the pickup area please contact us before completing your order. Once your order is complete, please contact us via email to arrange a pickup time.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Contact us at email@example.com for a return authorization form. All refunds or exchanges must be pre-approved before they can be processed. Shipping is at the expense of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply. If there was an error with the shipment, contact us by email and we will be happy to assist you.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for any used or open products, or any products that indicate "final sale".
For purchases made at markets and craft fairs, unopened product may be exchanged only by the end of the market day.
